Due to the alarming rate at which OCD seems to affect both adults and kids, A lot of people are worried, checking their behaviors to be certain if they are mentally ill or not.

In addition, before you can come to a  conclusion about the mental illness,  you can quickly take these minutes assessment tests:

1. Do you feel the need to check things repeatedly?

2. Do you have intrusive thoughts that cause anxiety?

3. Do you engage in repetitive behaviors to reduce anxiety?

4. Do you have trouble controlling your worries or obsessions?

5. Are these thoughts or behaviors time-consuming and interfere with your daily life?

6. Do you feel distressed when you can’t carry out the repetitive behaviors or rituals?
